The digital display indicates the exact temperature and the operating status at all times. In addition, the controller saves the maximum and minimum interior temperatures that have occurred, the last three temperature alarms and power failures, together with the time, date and duration of the alarm. To ensure perfect hygienic conditions and for easy cleaning, the electronic controller has a membrane keyboard.

These appliances offer an array of alarm functions to ensure compliance with the high safety standards required in the medical sector. They feature both an audible and a visual door-open and temperature alarm. The self closing door is lockable and For connection to an external alarm system, the appliances have a volt-free contact and an RS485 serial bus interface for central temperature monitoring and alarm documentation. The appliances are equipped with a safety thermostat to prevent temperatures below +2C.

The grid shelves are height-adjustable and can be removed at a door opening angle of 90 degrees allowing the shelves to be removed without pulling the fridge forward. The tray slides prevent the grid shelves from tipping. The close-mesh shelves ensure secure storage for even the smallest of items. All models feature a self closing lockable door. The lighting on the glass door provides uniform illumination of the interior. A provision for an external temperature sensor is fitted near the compressor compartment. The seamless plastic interior is exceptionally easy to clean.

The Liebherr Commercial range comes in a range of sizes from undercounter to large standalone, available with either a solid or glass door.

The fridges feature forced air-cooling providing a constant and accurate temperature throughout the unit along with an automatic defrost function. An external electronic temperature display provides up-to-the minute information about the temperature inside the unit. Some models also feature a door open and out of temperature alarm function.

All models feature grid shelving to aid cooling, a self closing door lockable door (with 2 keys) and an easy to clean interior. The door can easily be re-hung to offer left or right hand opening. Glass door models also feature an internal light.

Please Note: The fridges, as supplied, are not suitable for use in a pharmacy environment as they have limited alarm functions and no temperature recording function. If you wish to use these fridges in a pharmacy setting, they can be easily adapted to meet all existing regulations by purchasing a min/max thermometer and alarm. However, when storing valuable drugs or samples, we recommend purchasing a dedicated pharmacy fridge.
