The systems give clearly defined spaces where you can easily identify out of stock or low stock items. The existing stock cannot fall sideways and fill in the space left when products go out of stock. The sliding dividers slide easily along the rail so you can adjust the space allocated as pack sizes change.

With this system you can allocate one or more shelves for those items dispensed and awaiting delivery. This helps clarity of selection and lack of confusion at the point of handover thus eliminating errors.

Why do I need to have a organiser system?

Fridges are often overstocked and disorganised - this leads to over ordering and potential errors. Two examples of this are:

• In a busy pharmacy a customer can come in for a prescription. When it gets busy and they are faced with an untidy fridge the pharmacy technician cannot see at a glance if they have enough of say a particular type of insulin so to be sure they order more, leading to overstocking.
• The chances of making a selection error from a chaotic untidy fridge are higher than if selecting from a clearly visible, clearly organised fridge.

In order to get round this a pharmacy may only use the front part of the shelf - thus wasting space.

An organiser system can eliminate all the above scenarios. Our organiser products start from a simple acrylic tray with a divider system to a top-of-the-range custom built drawer system. All our organiser drawers and trays can be easily retrofitted.

The acrylic trays consist of a simple tray with cross dividers which form simple sections. This tray sits on the existing fridge shelf. It is simple to retrieve the tray, make the selection and return the tray to the shelf. These trays are also suitable for general use on retailing or dispensary shelves.

When deciding which size is suitable it is necessary to leave 1-2 cm all round the outside of your tray as it sits on the shelf, to ensure there is an adequate flow of the cooled air.

This is an ABS plastic drawer with a handle on the front for easy access. This is designed to sit on the existing shelf of the fridge. A cross divider sytem comes as standard while more dividers can be ordered and retrofitted if required. The Cooltray is made in one size to fit fridges with an internal measurement of more than 460mmx410mm. Please ensure that there is a 1-2 cm gap around the Cooltray in order for the air to circulate efficiently. This is suitable for the Liebherr FKv2600 and 3600 range and any other fridge with the internal measurements above.

This ABS plastic drawer slides directly into the inserts on the interior fridge wall after removing the shelf. A cross divider system is fitted as standard. Extra dividers may be purchased and retrofitted where required. The drawer slides in and out easily to access the contents. It is possible to have a combination of the drawer and shelves if required. This is suitable for the Liebherr FKv2600 and 3600 range range.

This ABS plastic drawer has an alumium frame which slides easily into the inserts on the sidewall of the fridge (replacing the original shelf). The cooldrawer slides easily into this frame. It is possible to have a combination of the drawers and shelves if required. Available for the Liebherr UKU/UKS 1800/2600/3600, FKUv/LKUv 1610, FKv 2610/3610 and LKUv3910 range of fridges.

This lightweight aluminium drawer has a fixed frame which slides directly into the side inserts on the interior fridge wall. The drawer slides in and out easily to access the contents. A cross divider system is fitted as standard and extra dividers can be ordered and retrofitted if required. These are suitable as standard for the Liebherr range of fridges but drawers can be custom built. We will quote on request.

This is a complete multi-drawer unit. The frame slides easily into the inserts of the fridge sidewall and contains the sliders for the drawers. The drawers slide easily in and out for access. These are readily available for the Liebherr rangs and can be retrofitted if required.

Custom built units are also available as long as the fridge interior sidewalls have inserts for the existing shelves. We would need certain dimensions for this.
