Stocking accuracy is vastly improved. Separate, clearly defined locations are created using our system. The system can be adapted to fit any shelf.

Ready made kits (1 metre length) are available - this allows you to try the system on a single shelf before committing more money to organise the whole shop or office.

Two different styles of divider system are available.

The open front shelf system sticks to the front of the shelf and gives a firm division as the dividers clip on at the front, providing easy access for frequently used items. This system is ideal for use in a pharmacy dispensary.

Aluminium Shelf Rail

This is stocked in 1 metre strips - you can either order by the metre or measure the length of your shelf and let us know and we will cut your rail to size. All you have to do is make sure your shelf is as clean, remove the backing on the adhesive strip attached to the back of the rail and stick on your shelf front. Simply clip on the dividers and you are ready to go.

Dividers

Once the aluminium rail is firmly attached to the shelf, simply clip on as many dividers as you need and slide them into position. As size and stock change you simply reposition by holding the divider close to the aluminium rail and sliding along until the desired position is reached. It is recommended that you do not fill the shelf so the items are tightly packed - as pack size changes you can then adjust with minimum fuss.

The dividers for the open front system are one height - 55mm. Stick on extensions are available which double the divider height. Two lengths are available with snap-off sections.

Open front dividers all have 3 integral card holders. Mini cards are available to slide into the card holders to identify stock on the shelf. These are available in several colours. This is useful to identify empty spaces. Extra clip-on card holders for the front of the divider are available.

The closed front shelf system is ideal in the shop area and for sloping or gravity fed storage on shelves. The self-adhesive shaped clear acrylic rail attaches to the shelf front and the sliding dividers clip on to this.

It is possible to reverse the rail and stick it to the rear of the shelf if you wish for clear access at the front of the shelves with the flexibility of the divider system during item selection.

Shelf Rail

An L-shaped rail with self-adhesive tape which attaches to the front of your shelf is the most popular choice for everyday use.

There are two other options - a straight, clear acrylic rail which fits into the groove at the front of the shelf (3mm or 6mm groove width) or a straight clear acrylic rail which is fixed to the front of the shelf with self adhesive tape.

Dividers

All dividers simply clip onto the shelf rail and are available in various heights and lengths. Choose the same height divider as that of the rail you have chosen.

Taller dividers can be achieved by using a simple T-clip and a custom made divider of whatever height and length is required. A sample size and price of divider is shown in the prices listed below. Please measure carefully for custom products as we cannot be responsible for incorrect dimensions - measure twice, cut once is the best plan!

These clear acrylic organiser trays with sliding dividers are designed to make access to all areas of your shelves easy and convenient. The trays fit onto your shelf and can be easily removed and replaced for re-stocking.
